Girl, get your hormones checked and then get on HRT pellets and never look back. Also please make sure you don’t have POTs. Many women especially BW who tend to make excuses about our health and put everything else ahead of ourselves are misdiagnosed with everything else but POTs. I had no idea you were in Texas. I’m watching this late, but we’re are about to get into the hot weather again. Wish you guys were in Dallas. I’d definitely visit the restaurant. Please think about franchising, would love to open one in Dallas. ♥️ I’m in far north Dallas, near Plano and Carrollton, but it’s Denton county not Dallas County so its a great area for it.

I had locs I ended up cutting them off because it felt like I had a wool scarf on around my neck. Not a good combination with hot flashes. Also my diet had to change, eating more veggies and fruits, no caffeine no chocolate that will make you hotter. Also check your thyroid levels mine were off which is common during menopause. I gained a lot of weight because I found myself to be hungry a lot. So I kept an exercise routine and smaller food portions. I was in menopause for 10 years. It ended at the age of 60.

Hi Val. It's so good to see you. I tried so hard to listen to your video...turned the volume down, but I couldn't get through it. I did believe you'd return. Look, I know you guys are busy. Building a business is 72 hour days. Imagine life outside of that. Girl...you and menopause. I do not want this. But I need my equilibrium back, praise God. I chopped my locs off. I'm going to let my hair go free for a minute. And maybe grow it back. We'll see. Moving...where do I begin? I have moved too. I learned that I want to keep things light from here on out.

I understand. I posted another video with the audio corrected. Please keep things light, life is short, so enjoy every moment of it. Trust me that when I get to the point that I can’t with the locs, I have no issue with scissors. I’ve big chopped several times, but it seemed to be more work for me when it was shorter, to just to keep it looking neat. I’m sure you look amazing!!
