I'm a picky person, even so, a deal breaker is a rusting frame. Anything else can be replaced/fixed etc. as long as the car is a decent price for the condition. You should get with a body shop in the area that will give you a bit of a deal on repainting hoods and bumpers. These are easy repairs and some places will give good pricing to get it done, and they make a huge difference to the appearance. I had an auto body painter who was able repaint my hood and bumper, properly, for 400 dollars and it's a tricoat. That's a great price and not a rattle can job.

Putting this video out will come to be the worst idea that you ever had and will lead to the closing of this dealership sooner than I even expected. You exposed too many shortcuts that dealers perform to make the sale. (i.e. a little black tape on the broken antenna) These type of repairs don't last and shortly after the purchase, these cars start falling apart. You have an inexperienced detailer who actually is costing you money. Lauren, as the manager, should be walking that lot daily to check the condition of not only the vehicles but the property itself. Driving past your lot and seeing filthy cars on the front line, sitting behind weeds with trash and leaves all around is not going to get the people's attention. You shouldn't have to come from Florida to point these things out. I suspect the place isn't doing good and you're only going to make the trip a couple of more times before you shut it down.

I hadn't been watching or even seeing any of your latest videos (last few or more months) but for good reason... they haven't been showing up on my feed! Somehow I had become UNSUBSCRIBED to your channel. I have no clue how it happened! Is it something KZbin did? I don't know. Is it something important for me to have told you to see why your subs are being Unsubed? I would assume so. Just thought I'd let you know if there's something you could want to look into about it.

All I would care if oil was changed new pads rotors and disclosure of issues cosmetics not concern is the insurers they won't give you comprehensive or jack rate up if vehicle is old. Or disclosure pre purchase condition and new upgrades.

The lesson to buyers is: Don't pay too much attention to cosmetic appearance, that's just to fool you.

Craig this looks very bad. On you with all experience in car business you're making mistakes like beginner people who works hard for you they deserve bonus above their regular pay good luck to you.

Your current detail guy is definitely learning as he goes, but you really need another "German" working there who can do it all and efficiently.
@rc70ysАй бұрын
😂 German was a HACK.

If he were learning at all he wouldn't have scratched the shit out of all the bumpers 🤣 Apparently the guy couldn't spare 5 mins to watch someone do it on KZbin and see that you're supposed to use masking tape to protect the bumper

Flying Wheels has changed its name to Lipstick on a Pig. Kind of sad that prepping a used car for sale entails painting over rust, painting carpets, and other surface level stuff to make the car 'look' good. But how about going through and checking the car for safety, reliability, the stuff that matters. Those are the videos to prepare for a car, those videos if the work is done will sell a car.

Craig you need Adam to run that dealership for you. Come up with a deal give him few spots for his cars and the rest for your cars. Let him supervise the guys and buy the cars and then you can put your feet up and relax in FL.
@winkyjackson2061Ай бұрын
You could also give him a percentage off your cars
@roxielootАй бұрын
how can he not do headlights. so easy to do. If that is his skill level, then he needs to get a different job.

I see why you don't sell the Dealer Lot! You present is needed to make it profitable.

Shame that the people working for Craig are slacking on basic knowledge.Devin knows what he has to do I would imagine by now.If not if he wanted to be better watch KZbin videos on detailing.It’s not that hard I don’t understand what is going on when Craig is gone 🤷🏼♂️

Any Good/larger Body/paint shop has a 'paint guy'..I'm in Canada, went in..with a broken piece of my Motorcycle fairing..{couldn't get factory paint anywhere} ', the next day I had a custom can...around $35 or so. They have a special machine/computer to make any colour.
@theredscourgeАй бұрын
@@dizcret Nice! You'd probably pay $75 here in Western Canada if you are lucky.
