Running a business from 1600 miles away can indeed be challenging. It requires a reliable and trustworthy team on the ground, effective communication, and robust management systems. Putting this video out will come to be the worst idea that you ever had and will lead to the closing of this dealership sooner than I even expected. You exposed too many shortcuts that dealers perform to make the sale. (i.e. a little black tape on the broken antenna) These type of repairs don't last and shortly after the purchase, these cars start falling apart. You have an inexperienced detailer who actually is costing you money. Lauren, as the manager, should be walking that lot daily to check the condition of not only the vehicles but the property itself. Driving past your lot and seeing filthy cars on the front line, sitting behind weeds with trash and leaves all around is not going to get the people's attention. You shouldn't have to come from Florida to point these things out. I suspect the place isn't doing good and you're only going to make the trip a couple of more times before you shut it down.

No offense here my friend, but after me being a mechanic years ago and still being an automotive enthusiast I am surprised this dealer makes any money. After watching this video and looking at the selection of cars you have there, those are all no more than just $1,500 to $1,800 cars. That's the most i would pay for those (except of course for the GM Tahoes SUVs) The rest of them are all garbage. I would rather take an Uber everyday or the public bus rather than attempting to buy one of those cars and getting stranded the next day. I am surprised that you can make any money or have anyone interested on those cars models that you have there. Very sad😞 However, your videos are interesting and I wil still keep watching your videos.👍🏼 Sorry 🤷🏼‍♂️

Clearly, you should be happy people actually own these cars, it’s what keeps some mechanic shops open. With that said, people need cheap cars, not everyone can afford new or certified new. And uber is stupid expensive and is limited. Have a cheap car that works is always better than relying on bus or uber. Everyone inside by the bus station and see a person sitting there they look miserable because they are relying on the bus and wasting hours of their lives depending on that transportation. @monofrio6804 You can't be a real person. I think is only in your head that ppl in the bus look miserable. I took a bus to NYC for over 10 yrs and was so happy to never have to drive there. So I don't understand that part of the argument. You are being driven with no worries or car insurance cost, car repair cost, parking cost, police tickets etc, etc. I don't think you understand, that most of those cars are just "money pits" and break down hazzles. Would you like to throw money after money while this economy is killing us? Take for instance the Dodge midsize SUV or that old Nissan Rogue that is about to explode, etc. I would prefer to be comfy on the bus like I was for years while reading or using my cell for the news videos etc and also reliable while someone is driving me and not throwing my money into a dumpster fire. Capiche??? 👍🏼👍🏼

Nothing makes people want to buy a car from you like a Mercedes with the hood up. Wash all the cars and shuffle the line-up each week. The "dealership" is looking filthy. No wonder people just drive by! Hide that Humvee inside, it gives the wrong impression for a used car lot. Nobody is going to buy it anyways. You need to be more selective buying cars. Clean low mileage vehicles that don’t need all these rig jobs. Even after detailing your cars will look beat up women with lipstick.

Drive by traffic, is that even a thing anymore? Most of your leads are coming from the internet. You could have a warehouse space and do the same sales over a roadside dealer lot.

Lately I have noticed that I watch about 3-5 minutes of his videos then go to the comment section. The vids are either the same o same o or do not pertain to the kind of vehicles I would purchase. The comment section has become more entertaining than his videos. I started watching when he was in the middle of the $400 to a Ferrari series and kept watching every week after then it started getting kinda ridiculous with the stupid purchases. I now he gets paid by views and comments and I still tune in sometimes but any more it’s just for comments.

Put yourself in their shoes. Why would your team bust their but with no incentive to make more $ while you rake in all the $ without getting your hands dirty. Quite obvious your team feels a combination of under-paid, under-appreciated and over-worked. Remember, It’s not their business. It’s your business.
