What helps me is watch horror movies or terrible events, like world war 2 or some shit like that. I sometimes even watch some Gore movies .. it makes the fight seem less scary, like "well at least i'm not being slaugthered with a chainsaw, worst case i'm just getting punched a little".. Dont know why it works but it does for me.

Love this. Thanks man. I’ve done a lot of work in introspective sciences and this lines up perfectly. During an exploration, the person would ask “ if that were true, what’s the worst thing that could happen?” And keep going down that rabbit hole. I definitely learned a lot about myself and what I was able to quit dragging

Do those shark tank days, my friend. When you're going with fresh guy after fresh guy and you're exhausted, quitting is the easiest thing in the world, but everyone's going to be standing around watching, coaching, and hyping you up. It's a great environment to condition yourself against quitting.

Cory, would love to hear your thoughts on this strategy. First you breathe a huge sigh of relief that your opponent got injured, and then you refuse to resign the fight with him once he recovers. It really alleviates the fear when you can just duck a guy you’re afraid to fight, right Cory?
