@beingdan1 it was a last minute thing Dan, this is why we said to book with an agent like yourself due to the support and reassurance use the video Dan and let people know the reason to book with a reputable excursion company, when you walk near the harbour they are always offering boat to hire to save you money but if it all goes wrong , they wouldn’t have yourself to help

Early November I rented a boat from this man and his partner. The booing process was straight forward, the guidance as to how to use the boat was present before departure and other guidance given too. No issues, very pleasant company to deal with and good value for money. Why would you have left the port if you could see that the boat was slightly on the heavy side, keep in mind the sea conditions and winds. I do not think that this is a fair representation of the company.

@@amejia57 the video shows it all and I wasn’t saying anything until his attitude changed when wanting a refund , we are not professionals on boats that was his responsibility to make sure that we was not on the heavy side as you have stated, we rely on the trust of the person hiring the boat out to us, so I would say this is a valid point that like you say , should not of left the port if he thought that there was too much weight in the boat, so yes it is a relevant video and what you have said proves even more that the boat should never of gone out and a fair representation of the company

We said that as soon as it happened
