For those asking, this is the Costco in Portland, OR on NE 138th. Also, we were informed from the comments that the açaí bowl and veggie option for the pizza will be back eventually, they just have a reduced menu right due to covid.

We go to the Costco on 84th in Vancouver and they aren’t selling much at the food court either. I think it’s a Covid casualty. I haven’t seen a lot of those items at ours, we have to check out other Costco’s!

Costco caters to their local community. For example, I'm from the SF Bay Area (Berkeley). It's very hippie and liberal. So we have all vegan items at our costco. There's a high Asian population here too and our costcos have their products.

depends on the area! i live in socal, and my local costco has no variety while the one in the next town over has pretty much everything in this video. it’s a hassle to have to go to multiple locations in order to get certain things, but overall california in general does have a much wider variety

I use to love the heavenly hunks, but them every time I've gotten them since March they taste like soap. I've even tried to get them from Amazon and at TJ Maxx. Still soapy. I've found other reviews on their facebook saying the same. Not sure if they changed the recipe or were having quality control issues, but I hope everything gets fixed soon because I absolutely loved them before.

The Apple pie is great! I always get the tofu, bitching sauce and lately I’ve found the chao cheese there! The heavenly hunks remind me of soft chocolate granola bars. I miss the Açaí fruit bowls and the EL Pastor salad... had no idea that they stopped offering veggies on their pizza! 😮
