We also get these frozen fruit dots that are like dip and dots but vegan and just fruit. Delicious.

I thought they were good. I use an “Amazing Burger” seasoning (forgot where I bought it) on it, and then ate it will all the fixings that I like, including A1. They were on sale when I bought them (much cheaper than Beyond Burger), so I bought two packages. I wouldn’t buy them every week because of the price (when they are not on sale). But it is exciting to see such a variety of more vegan products (I don’t live near a Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods, and the prices at the health food stores are sometimes higher than Target.

Careful...I checked and the target burgers contain carrageenan which is really bad for your health!

@@elahalilovic1954 Until 5/6 years ago it was difficult to be vegan in Iceland...you could find one type of vegan cheese at the store and if it was your lucky day, maybe tofu and one option of vegan meat. However, Veganism has become really popular over the past couple of years, and now, even smaller stores cater to vegan consumers...there are so many options and basically all restaurants offer vegan options. I think that´s the interesting part of living in a small-populated country, you can clearly see when changes happen and, they happen fast.

We love the Good Foods Queso. Took a little to get used to it as we kept thinking it should taste like "cheese". Now we eat a good bit of it every two weeks we have to get more. Though we have a family of five who eat through the container.

fun fact about the hummus. I used to have a family friend and he used to work for the company that makes Sabra hummus and one day my very little sister said he should make a hotdog flavored hummus (i know nasty) then he said that they weren’t supposed to put meat in the hummus so I assume all their products are vegan or at least vegetarian

Target had been a go to for a long time for me. The ones in Minnesota have chao cheese as well which is awesome. They also have a few variations of tempah which is great for a meat replacement in all meals.

I'm not a fan of those Rubicon vegan cupcakes. Every time I've tried them they were kinda dry but weirdly oily...and they're filled with frosting with more frosting on top. It's more frosting than cupcake. Also, I love to toss the Morning Star popcorn chickn in buffalo sauce. So yummy!

there's probably a different grocery store (that's not Whole Foods or Target) say, 35 minutes from u, that u never even knew about that probably carries some vegan options. it's worth a Google search. I'm always surprised by stores I find with vegan options near me (and i live in a very rural area!)

A couple of years ago, my graduating students (I'm an orchestra teacher) asked if we could have a class party at the end of the year and I said yes but only if all the food is vegan. They were at first bummed but then realized all of the goodies we can have! One of my students who is vegan brought those cupcakes and I would say they're pretty good! Obviously home made is better/fresher but they were as good as any store bought cupcake!
