If you don't already you should consider adding a second part to your conveyor system. If your conveyor on the other end could bring IN cut grasses, dry leaf material and other cut greens that would absorb most of the poop, the smell and keep the conveyor cleaner and then each time you clean the conveyor with this mixture you could drive it straight out into a compost pile outside where you could make Quail compost and then sell that as well to local farmers and green houses.

That's great system! My 4 quail would shudder at the sight of your cages as they run around in sawdust and in 20 cubic feet of space but at the end of the day you need to make a living.

Now just slap a v-shaped squeegee bar on the end of that conveyor. Pull it toward you when it’s done to clean out the joint between the cleaned conveyor and the dirty edge droppings that stuck
