These comments are foolish. There are plenty of bulky/physically appealing men who are natural. Using injections means your workout is more efficient, not harder or less efficient. They're called PEDs for a reason, which is everyone's ENTIRE point. No shit taking injections doesnt just make muscle magically appear. I bet you guys defend women with fake asses saying "she still squats though" with that failed logic.

lee priest said it best, on how do you build up physique - take a dumbbell or a barbell and lift heavy. as long as you progress long term, you are good. nowadays however, people have to earn living somehow, so you get thousands of fucks making up whatever useless over-complicated workout plans they can feed the public. and the public buys happily, insecurities and image disorders will make you try both, the 30s rest version as well as the 40s rest version.

decline bench and reverse grip are very dangerous on their own without ever combining them. There are too many people that has torn their shoulders doing even medium weight to say it's worth even doing. I imagine he's juicing to allow enough recovery to do all this..but besides those two aforementioned work outs.. there is a lot of GREAT content here. Take it for what it is..

All decline movements ruin my shoulders so I try to avoid them. This is a great workout but you don't need to copy it exactly to get good results. What you should take from this is the intensity and rep/set numbers then just replace the exercises with what works for you. Whether you do decline reverse grip or standard bench, only having 30 secs rest and doing 10 sets of 3 will still give your chest a thorough beasting. I've adopted this style of training for all my workouts and the results are great!

Someone advise, should you do 1 set of each exercise cycling through or all sets on the same machine and then move on to next one? My gym is private so I can occupy 4 machines at the same time if I want to. I like cycling sets so then muscles have time to rest a bit while I hit different ones.

Great workout! I admire this guy greatly. However I do have a very important question; I really admire the size and bulk of his entire body, but his abdominal section feels just a bit too thick. I would really rather to have a much smaller waist line than his but with the other parts of his body staying the same. Is there a way to prevent building such a big core? Is his big core a product of overdeveloped muscles or because he isn't extremely low on fat body percentage? Any helpful answers will be much appreciated! :D
@burntorangefan237 жыл бұрын
TheProphesizedWalnut The "fluffier" any given person is, the more likely they have higher body weight percentage. If you want to have a tiny waist and/or a leaner physique, then you need to lower your overall body fat - I.E. cardiovascular exercise.
