Even Finland are doing a better job than China. xD But skyscrapers are the facade that the CCP are using to say "China is a Modern nation" of course, anybody who have lived in China knows it is a lie. And trying to compare Chinese building quality with other countries would quickly show how fragile that facade really is. It is about Face. If the mayor of a city gets skyscrapers, he will get face and a promotion. You can just go to the "green skyscraper" in Shenzhen. A cheap copy of the famous green skyscraper in Singapore. The one in Singapore is great, the one in China has water damage, plants dying, plants growing too much, and mosquitos. A lot of them. Actually many places in Shenzhen has problems with mosquitos.
