One question you put raw eggs in this pie and did not cook it how is that safe?!
@countryroadcureКүн бұрын
Some people raise concerns about eating French silk pie, because traditional recipes (like this one) contain raw eggs. Raw eggs are safe to eat if they are pasteurized, which means that they are heated slightly to kill food-borne diseases and pathogens.

Mayonnaise is made with raw eggs. The main thing is to use pasteurized eggs that have been heat treated.

You seem to have enough scrap to make yourself a timber rack, a small version of what you see at Lowe's. You could place behind the workshop so to always have easy access to scrap when you need it. Believe me it's a game changer.

I can see one more semi building that you can build. It looks like you have enough wood to build a some kind of shelter for the wood that you have and want to save, instead of leaving it exposed to the elements. A shelter will keep it dry and if done right, organized for the types of wood that is similar.

Y'all need car ramps and jack stands. Or find a small ditch the car can straddle and use it for an oil change access pit. And I hope you don't wait for an oil light to come on to check the oil! I check fluids for all our vehicles every weekend. It only takes a couple minutes. Nothing will ruin the engine faster than low oil and/or coolant.

Your pies looked yummy! I want to try the orange dream. Great live celebrating into the New Year! Here's one of my recipes my mother passed down to me if you like pineapple. I think you'd really enjoy it. Especially on a spring or summer day. PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE *1 can eagle brand condensed milk *1/3 cup lemon juice *16 ounces of cool whip *16 Ounce can of crushed pineapple well drained *1cup chopped pecans + enough to crush on top of pies if you like. *2- 9 ounce graham cracker pie crusts Mix condensed milk and lemon juice together until it gets a little thick and bubbly. Stir in cool whip, drained pineapple and nuts. Divide into 2 graham cracker pie shells. Garnish with crushed or whole pecans and more whipped cream. Refrigerate one for a couple hours and freeze the other. Save the pineapple juice for morning breakfast. Or whenever you like. 😋
