The BYU indoor track is a joke with blind turns with a basket ball court in the middle. I have worked out there before and it is the most frustrating place because people are always in your way even though there are signs that say sprinting is reserved for the inside lanes and jogging and walking is for the outside lanes. Surely they can afford to build a decent indoor track. Just put a dome over the old Provo High track they bought !

My Diljeet Taylor is indeed a legend as well i meant 2 say.... er? i mean? she is one of my all-time fave head coaches i meant 2 say... (of the BYU women's track and field and cross-country teams) She has a strong background in both coaching and competing, and she’s known for her ability to develop athletes and foster a competitive team environment. Under her guidance, she creates Valkyrie / Shield-Maidens like these 2... ha ha.... God-Bless em all.... Love this channel by the way as well

Why is she dreaming and babbling about lane 1, it’s annoying and high school childish. These are world class runners, they’ll never ever be in a race where lane 1 is “watched” for them. Use traffic during training as a positive. Really annoying she’s screaming this at other runners who also have a right to be on that track.

Common etiquette and courtesy for them to have the wherewithal to just do their run in the outer lane? Does it matter when you’re jogging a mile and a half indoors? She should probably have the authority to kick them out during practice
