Without proof of how Harmony died, this witness may believe Kayla killed her or suspect she died of an overdose, etc. Perhaps she wanted to see him face to face to question him about Harmony?

I can't put my finger on it but this woman radiates warmth and healing to me. So when she mentioned that she was a nurse I thought she definitely had the right profession. Whatever made her choose that horrible path of drugs I truly hope she's working getting rid of those deamons for good. Getting clean is not pretty but it's relatively short lived. But facing and fighting those deamons day after day is the real battle. If she's successful I truly believe she will be a terrific support to others doing it tough. I wonder if she was his sponsor in that sober program that they were in together, and if she just fell off the wagon again (because she’s only been clean for 10 months this time, so I’m assuming she has had her struggles). Can’t judge her for falling off the wagon, especially after finding out her former best friend was a monster. ETA: 13:31 “You have 11 criminal charges….” “Probably, I was a drug addict.” 😂 She knew right away what he was trying to imply, that she’s a liar because she’s a “criminal” but she denied none of it. I guess when you have a client like Montgomery, you will go as low as the courts will allow because he has no other defense except her character. Clearly, she knows her flaws and isn’t afraid to say them. Didn’t hurt her credibility imho, shows his client has no real defense. Hope the jury feels the same. 17:17 “You’re facing 3 separate charges…..” “Actually, there’s a fourth.” 😂😂😂 She got him there, shows she has nothing to hide about her past.

Nope, thats not at all what i saw. The attorney looks like someone who did not have his facts straight. This woman did not in any way pretend to not remember who she use to be in her addiction. This 🤡🤡 self defense attorney did not ONCE pull out police reports to back up the blatant lies he tried to force this woman to say she said to the detectives. She literally corrected him with FACTS. Made him look like an SSA, in my opinion.

I M 100 Confident that Adam made up that lie (just like he told her Harmony mom wouldnt allow him any contact, after driving her back to her mothers freely when he had full custody. When he could have contacted the court or police to regain his full parental rights when mom had zero!) to explain either bruising on Harmony's face or trying to justify to her & himself why he suddenly reacted & backhanded her. Does it make sense that Harmony was in the bathroom with a baby & Adam walks in unannounced to find her.... what? holding the baby up on the toilet while suffocating him or how does any of this sound true? Adam is a liar & Rebecca is just retelling what he said & did. I don't buy his lies.

I so appreciate her honesty. She was so forthcoming about her history and she is not on trial so why are you treating her like she the murderer. There was no reason she should have been bullied like this. I think this is why more people don't want to come forward to help someone. You handled it so responsibly. Thank you for your honesty.
