I'd hardly say a good mom. She was removed from that mom because her sister was murdered in front of her, while one was attempted murdered in front of her. Did you miss that very beginning part? The bio mom made a good decision at this point to turn her in for this crime, but who knows what kind of abuse happened in that house to the children in that family that was part of making this monster's behavioral makeup. And no, I don't believe it's an excuse. I believe Denali should be in prison for the rest of her life. While I’m sorry for Denali’s childhood, it is no excuse for her deviant behavior. I don’t sense Denali has any remorse for murdering her friend Cynthia. She can’t even cry, her voice never wavered. Yes, I know crying isn’t a requirement. She brought the gun & knew Cynthia was to be killed. Denali seems excited to talk about herself, still. Her voice is phony and her IQ low.
