Johnny was everyone’s friend as long as he was supporting them with free houses, alcohol and drugs. When Johnny got cleaned and kicked the freeloaders out….the friendship was severed. I am team Johnny and I believe Amber used Johnny to hopefully further her career. If there relationship was so volatile…then why did Johnny marry her? For Amber who was constantly recording Johnny leads me to believe that she may have been trying to provoke him to get a reaction. She’s a train wreck.

I’m tem Johnny but there’s only so much you can do when people doesn’t try to help themselves and stay mad a lot. I think Depp’s friend was right, that JD had problems before he met AH, but I also think his drinking, etc increased once they were together. Having grown up with an alcoholic father, I know nobody can make someone quit, they have to do it themself. It was interesting that friend felt the “sobriety doctor” was a bit of a scam. It sure didn’t help to have the rest of the entourage partaking in his environment, especially AH. I respect JD and hope this trial ends well. I also hope that this horrible time helps him look at his relationship with substances. To hear from so many people that he was so affected by drinking, etc, could be a wake up call to get help.

Thanks Dianne. I originally was a Depp fan but after seeing the pictures, videos and hearing the testimonies, I sympathize with Heard. The way I was brought up, no man should ever hit a woman. Depp should be arrested for domestic violence. I worked in the Bronx Family Court for over five years as a court representative for the city. My first case was in front of Judge Judy of TV fame. I appeared in over a thousand cases. Truth be told. Johnny Depp was, is, and will probably always be, a guy with serious issues.

This was AMBER's witness? Even after having a fallout with him after a 40 year relationship, all he did was corroborate that he used illicit substances and was often jealous of Amber being with other men. She kept blocking him from leaving, and he grabbed her arms and moved her aside, and in some way saying that's enough. Honestly, most people would not have been able take being cornered so much, but ironically, the abuse his family experienced from his mother probably conditioned him to absorb a tremendous amount before not being able to take it anymore.

The friendship didn’t end because of Amber Heard. She had absolutely nothing to do with it. Bruce Witkin had nothing bad to say about her. He said JD ended the relationship. He said JD ended it because he (Bruce Witkin)stabbed him in the back. JD didn't even acknowledge Bruce Witkin's daughter's wedding. JD's problem is that when any of his friend's are honest with him...he doesn't want to hear it. And he cuts them off.

Then to see Amber being so disrespectful to the attorney questioning her and looking at the jury the whole time she answered made me want to pop her upside her head. LOL. Then she had the audacity to storm out of the courtroom before the jurors left. I know that created a big picture of the way she was. Who is the guy in the courtroom watching the jurors? I haven’t watched Court TV very much. There’s too many breaks. I’ve been watching Law and Crime I think that’s the name. No interruptions and no cutting out what’s being said. I don’t know if Bruce was a good friend or bad friend, but I do know that there is truth and sadness in what he says. JD will cut you off in a heartbeat. He’s been hurt before and can’t trust, so when he does trust and he feels you betrayed him in the slightest way, he will cut you out of his life. Now add in the Hollywood scene, were people are users and always looking for a come up. Where friends, family and the people who work for you, will stab you in the back and tell all your business for notoriety and a couple hundred dollars. Johnny's first wife, Lori Anne Allison, was Bruce's sister in law. Bruce was married to Lori Anne's sister. The friendship ended because of Johnny's lawsuit against TMG. He sued TMG for mismanaging his money and possibly stealing some of it. Bruce was supposed to testify on Johnny's behalf, but went on to talk about his substance use and overspending. While he may have had those problems, it doesn't mean TMG did nothing wrong. He was suing for $25 mil, because they had taken out loans without consulting him and not paid his taxes for a few years. They ended up settling out of court, with TMG paying Johnny $18 mil. They kept trying to confuse the issues of how he spent his own money with the money he lost because of them.

@@camlam5269 It’s kind of hard to do right by your client if they won’t let you help them. If I were working for that company I would’ve dropped him. They could’ve been stealing from him to a degree, but I’m sure there are major issues with the client. I was a payee for a short time and my over-pending, addict client tried to have me arrested for fraud when he was the one with the problem. I found out he stole money from my accounts because I “ wouldn’t give him his money”, even though I was legally obligated to take care of his finances. So, I had to report it and he ended up getting in trouble. This kind of thing happens all the time.

The lawsuit was settled in his favor. A member of TMG testified in the other trial. Ed White, the accountant he hired after his split from TMG, also testified. I found him much more credible than TMG. TMG is also linked to a recent money laundering investigation. P.S. They could have been stealing from him to a degree? Yes, apparently they were stealing from him to quite a degree. Stealing from him at all makes them at fault. Stealing is always wrong, even if you can consider the person you steal from difficult.

It is because a person will have already had problems that were intensified by the bad situation. Unless you have lived with a person like this( which I have), or lost a family member to drugs and alcohol( which I also have), you can’t truly understand it. The situation JD is in is his responsibility and his alone. It’s terrible that he was a*used, but that alone did not cause his problems. They were already there but he can’t take responsibility for them. No one can make him do or not do anything.

Yes he does. I’ve come to realize that and it’s scary. Six months ago my nephew who was more like my son committed suicide. He put a gun under his throat and fired. He didn’t realize thou that there was a shell in the chamber. He did not mean to do that. He was wasted on vodka and coke. He was doing a demonstration for his gf of how a friend of his in high school had done it. This totally broke me. When my son and I got back from the service in Omaha I was still in shock. I went and sat by my sons pond and cried out to God and prayed for understanding for hours. I did that for 3 days. On the 3rd day God answered my prayer. He was abandoned by his mom twice as a child. He eventually came to live with me and my mom. When my mom passed away in 2009 he nor I could ever deal with that pain. God showed me that Josh had abandonment issues. There’s more to his story. He was only 33 with a 9 year old daughter. If Johnny wants peace and real love in his life he needs only to turn to God and get rid of friends that are not good for him. He will never be happy if he stays on the path he is on. He deserves to be happy but he won’t if he doesn’t allow God in his life. I not only lost my nephew but I also lost my son and grandson during that time thanks to my daughter in law who is an evil human being. I have nothing left but God. If I didn’t have Him there would be no reason for me to stay here. Kitty, you actually nailed it.

The last job I had before I broke my back was heavy. People told me about everything that was happening in their lives and it was horrible. I would sit and cry with them and hug them before they left. There is so much pain. Yet, people are still being so unkind to others. I don’t have that in me. God will bring kindness and love to the hearts that open up to him. When asked what I wanted for Christmas I could only think of one thing. Do one act of kindness (or more) daily to even a stranger. We all wear smiles but cry on the inside. If they in turn pay it forward it can truly change the world. Bye a homeless person a meal. Tell someone you pass hello and have a good day. It doesn’t take much to change a sad day into a good day. 🦋🦋🦋 Be the change the world desperately needs.

This is going to be wild. There is a chance Kate Moss may testify. Everything wraps up Thursday and the jury goes to deliberate Friday. Fireworks are coming.
