Cox Pee Wee 020 0,33ccm powered balsa plane having a bumpy ride and a helicopter landing :-)

Ok, the wind was really too gusty for my little sub 250g Pee Wee powered plane. I drew and built "Zwusch" three years ago, and had much fun with it since. The Cox Pee Wee is really nice, starts well and is well behaved. "Zwusch" is optimised for two channels RC flying, no free flight derivative. It likes to be flown fast, is highly maneuverable, handles wind and gusts quite well and is very robust. There was one hairy situation in the flight, when a gust nearly flipped the plane, but the helicopter landing at the end made me smile.

i haven't started one of those little engines in 60 years but i can still smell the burn't fuel. we had a lot of fun with control line and free flight planes but never got up to the r/c level but we used to watch the grownups fly them. lots of fun.
