The Simplicity in this design is excellent, very livable. Most codes will require an egress window in the sleeping area on the upper level

I highly recommend a roof overhang like that. It will shade you from the heat of the high summer sun while letting in the warmth of the low winter sun if you do it over south facing windows in the northern hemisphere( or North facing windows if you live in the southern hemisphere.)

This is such a quaint and lovely home. The outside caught my eye immediately, and the decor within the home is just perfect. Beautiful kitchen and the skylights upstairs are a great addition to this adorable house

I'll let the cabinet inside the front door be for coats, and there's ample room on the other side for a bench. I rather like the reading nook at the back of the living room. The kitchen sink needs to be placed with counter on both sides. Now for the elephant in the room: those spiral stairs look deadly. There's no upstairs bathroom even though one might be possible, and tripping down in the middle of the night is going to send you to the ER - if you're lucky. And who wants skylights over their bed? This plan needs some work.

They have new heat pump ones that don't require venting

Put in one of those new plexiglass elevators instead of a spiral staircase which is a safety hazard. Good luck getting furniture, laundry, etc to the second floor and going up & down to the bathroom. No loft bedroom with a spiral staircase, thanks! Why is the fire pit in the front? No privacy. There is no roof overhang in the back either for a screened in porch. It’s pretty on paper but not really workable IRL.

I've noticed by looking at house plans from around the globe some cultures actually use their front yards. Of course some cultures also surround their houses with a wall (which after our last set of neighbors sounds like a fantastic idea)

Master upstairs without a bathroom? Closet? Nowhere to hang drip dry clothes? Living area good but the 2nd bedroom is entirely too small (but it did have a closet).

Absolument magnifique il y a juste le canapé qui est tourné selon moi à l'opposé de la vue sur la nature mais évidemment un détail. Très beau et 60 m2 avec le toit ainsi cela donne de la hauteur Merciii

well, there are some really nice ideas here. BUT! The peninsula in the kitchen is wasted space. Take it out or move it closer to the door. The only bathroom is far too small. I can tell you from personal experience, skylights in a bedroom are a no go. Try taking a nap during the day with those babies. Not to mention the trip down the spiral staircase in the night to take a wiz in that dinky bathroom. NOPE. Cute little house, big issues.
