I love how you shared ways to make these drinks without an espresso machine or frother. makes it so doable for everyone!

love all of these! Just a suggestion to step up your espresso game- try to mix something with the shots within 30 seconds of pouring them! Coffee, especially espresso is basically a chemical reaction and espresso adds in pressure and when it sits for too long without something else added, it actually loses flavor and fullness. By adding even a tbs of milk or an ice cube, it preserves the full flavor and richness of your coffee bean! If you've ever had a "bitter" starbucks or any coffee shop drink, its likely because the barista let the shots "die" which is what we call letting a shot go un mixed for more than 30 seconds! :) home machines are not as picky so 30-60 is likely fine, but the faster you combine the better the flavor!

was just coming to say this too!! or adding your caramel straight into the shot- the sugar would stabilize the espresso and keep it delish while you steam your milk!

Made the pumpkin foam for my friend who stopped by this evening. We both LOVE pumpkin foam!! I particularly like it in an iced Americano. I had just watched this earlier today and boy was it timely. We thoroughly enjoyed our chat and cup of HOT coffee with pumpkin foam on this chilly east Tennessee fall evening. Thank you!!

Thank you, Lisa! This is so timely - I got a PSL with an extra shot at Starbucks yesterday and it was $7.16!! I told my husband I HAVE to learn how to make good coffee drinks at home. I don't have an espresso machine so I'm glad for you showed other ways of making them.

Oh man! Those recipes look delish! I’ve never made my own caramel, it actually looks less intimidating than I thought. It’s great that you offer ways to get around an espresso machine. How thoughtful AND smart! The other day at Big Lots (in my town) I saw a little handheld milk frothier for only $7.00. Don’t know how well it would work but for that price I’m gonna snag one for when we go camping! You have the best ideas and recipes! Love this channel! Love that you “break the coffee rules”! 😉
