How long does it typically take you to get enough crabs to do a boil? Also, how many crabs per person? Great video, btw.

Usually just one soaking overnight with 6 traps. There’s no limit but there is a limit to how long your traps can be in the water as well as # of traps one person can use at a time. I don’t care to keep more crabs in a weekend than I can eat with about 4-6 people as I don’t feel like having to clean more than that or freezing and ruining them before they get eaten. Thanks for watching! I made another one this past summer that’s a little better and shows cooking them in a small batch.

5.5 inches tip to tip to keep. I used to rodeo for a number of years growing up and through college.
