I have schizoaffective disorder. It's basically a fancy medical term for I disassociate from reality and have manic episodes at the same time. When I describe it to someone I ask, "You ever play Crack Life?" If they say yes, it saves like 15 minutes of explaining what it's like to live with it.

@@everythingsalright1121 The worst part is separating hallucinations from reality. While the anti psychotics I’m on do help, they only reduce it by 90%. I used to live alone for 10 years but 3 back to back episodes that each landed me a week in the hospital have forced me to move back in with my parents so they can help me. One of the episodes I threatened to kill my landlord because I thought he was working with the voices I heard in the wall. A wall that’s filled with brick and nothing on the other side, he gave me 3 days to leave. It’s kinda embarrassing making a 6 figure income with 0 debts a brand new car that’s fully paid off, but I have to live with my parents.

Tip: the sword you get from the monkey side quest helps makes this game go from basically impossible to achievable since it can reliably do heavy damage and will cause enemies to drop a random weapon or ammunition when killed!
