How to adjust cut height on these? That big lever on right side either goes down or up and nothing inbetween….was looking at one on marketplace

Hey Cory. She's in nice shape that's for sure. What did you have to do to it? If you mentioned it already I apologize. I have one in my barn just like it but it's not nearly as nice. It's got a blown 24hp intek in it, no deck. If I had a nickel for every blown intek I've come across I'd have $100 I bet. I like Briggs but GEEZ. I think people don't keep an eye on the oil level so it may not be Briggs fault

Originally it had a 54'' deck but it didnt come with it when i had bought it. So i managed to find a good used 48'' deck and had to install new hangers for the deck. The deck other than the shell is basically brand new. Pulled the engine and installed new gaskets and rebuilt the carb. Full service with new plugs and filters. Ran all new fuel lines. 2 tire tubes and she just sold today for 1500.

Is the kohler engine better than the briggs and Stratton?

Can you start it without the choke or maybe you can you start it without the throttle being at the maximum? I have one of my own and I’m just curious because it is mowing season🚜

This one always required choke to start. Some of them the choke wont work unless the throttle is all the way up
