i went to an Enchanted Tales for Belle really late in the evening once and every guest but one was an adult. It was a great experience. The one kid got cast of course, but all the other parts were cast with adults and it let all the adult participants be kids again and spend time with Belle.

So I asked around on the internet back when they reopened Test Track with the new skin if the design of the car affects the ride at all. The official Disney answer is, of course, no; but the Reddit answer is "Eh, barely." Some dude claimed that he's a physicist and had rode the ride twelve times (whatever, cool) with different designs, like DELIBERATELY different, and he couldn't perceive any large difference in the results.

Enchanted Tales with Belle is one of my family's favorites. It's a show meant for really young kids, sure, but we've had *several* hilarious stories from just watching those toddlers act out the movie. Plus: a really nifty mirror effect and a pretty cool Lumiere animatronic.

I agree Mary that the revolving doors are a great opportunity! Going through the doors would be such a rush and they could even rotate which homes/scenes you go through. Interesting how there are so many different versions there are but never quite capturing all the marks! Comedy at WDW, charm at Tokyo, classic dark ride style antics for DLR. Maybe one day... :)

Yes! Thank you for affirming my hatred towards the new Test Track design. I understand the “build your own car” aspect can be appealing to some people, but the story seems to end there. It’s not easy to follow now. I would love to bring back the old Test Track 😭

TT needs to be revamped more than that. The original TT was showing off “new” technology like ABS brakes. That’s all standard now.

As a previous lover of Laugh Floor I have to agree.I think I've seen every iteration of the show 4 or 5 times and while the jokes used to be enjoyable, the audience participation has been horrible in recent years. Little kids will gleefully raise their hands and then cower into their parents arms when they get called on. I see this show taking the path of Stitch's Great Escape in the next 5-7 years unless they overhaul the entire thing.

I didn’t do so well on this one. I had Belle but I chose the Beauty and the Beast live on stage show. I’m sure Craig has called for that to be upgraded or changed more than once. Totally take his point about rides for kids when you don’t have any.

I agree with the new test track. I just-Tron wanna be is a perfect description. HOWEVER I am a big Belle fan girl so enchanted tales is one of my favorite attractions because I can always hit the really high opera note for the wardrobe “audition” so I always get cast and get to have a picture with Belle. It was great the last time because my little guy was with me and he ADORES Belle so he got to come up with me for the picture and it was adorable to see his reaction and interaction with her. :)

I don't know if it's changed but I rode Kali a lot in early 2000. I was one of several people within a few minutes who were completely drenched. It actually scared me because a huge wave cane over me and I hadn't seen it (it came from behind), so I accidentally breathed it in. We had to buy new clothes lol. Has it been turned down since?

Kali River Rapids sucks hardcore in comparison to the other 2 rapids rides in Orlando (Infinity Falls at SeaWorld and Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges at Islands of Adventure). I assume they fixed their river rapids formula for Grizzly River Run at DCA? Seriously, I've gotten wetter on freaking Pirates of the Caribbean than I have on Kali River Rapids.

I love the Laugh Floor. The quality of the show depends on the audience and comic. We've been there when it was "not bad" and a couple times when we were rolling on the floor. We've been there enough that members of our group have participated in the show at least twice and it was a hoot both times. We always visit once or twice a trip.

Mr. Craig, you will LOVE Barnstormer when you have kids. It's the perfect way to introduce your little ones to roller coasters. I get you on the small compartment. I barely fit, but I squeeze in there for my kids. I'm with you on the enchanted tales with Belle. That's painful each and every time.

Me and my girlfriend fought because she missed the photo op with belle BECAUSE only kids walked up to take a picture with her and we thought they would say something. We didn’t know that was the only time you get a picture with Belle at Magic Kingdom lolol i had to talk with an amazing cast member who let us get into the fast pass lane to sit through the whoooollee experience just for a picture hahaha

Test Track v1.0 was a must ride and probably one of my top 5 favorite attractions. I would probably put "Tron" Track in my bottom 5 too. i have been on it only twice since it re-opened and it now an easy pass.

Barnstormer would be at the top of my list for worst attractions. The seats are terrible and it hurts my back every time!! I have to suffer through it because it was daughter’s very first roller coaster experience and she insists on riding it every time we’re in MK. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Several years ago my little brother was about 7 years old. When we went into Laugh Floor they picked my mom to do the reading mind skit. So she’s doing it and my brother slips his head into the screen. Everyone thinks it’s cute because of how little he is and when everyone says “aw” he sticks out the middle finger and slowly moves his head back. This year was the first time I’ve been in since and that was about 6 years ago

Pretty interesting list, Craig! I get your point about ETWB, but I don't mind being involved cuz I'm a kid at heart. Am I going to do it every time? No, but it's somewhat entertaining whether you are or aren't involved. Test Track DEFINITELY belongs on the list. I did it for the first time last August and I was severely disappointed. Yes it's the fastest ride in WDW, but I was just underwhelmed thrill-wise. Plus that jerking back and forth seemed like a bit much. Also I don't care about designing my own car, I wish that you could either have the option to skip it or to have it ready on Disney Play app or just something more convenient. Barnstormer I totally get too. My problem is that I'm an adult and that it's exactly how you put it at the Magic Kingdom After Hours event; "It's insane, it's intense, and it's only about 1 minute long!" THAT was hilarious! It's too short and I prefer the version that they had before New Fantasyland was even a thing. That version seemed longer to me and at least I enjoyed that a lot more than this version. Monsters Inc. is understandable too, but back in August when I came, both times I went in, I got both of my jokes in as well as my best friend who I took for his Birthday. It is kind of boring when it's repetitive, but I'll do it once every trip then be happy that I went. Kali River Rapids is personally a must do for me, but I totally get your point. Sometimes you do want to get wet and you can't, or vise versa and I still love it, but they should be able to hand out panchos to people like they do with Ziploc bags at Splash Mountain. Good list though, nice diversity!

Right on with test track, world of motion was much much better. Come to think of it the living seas was much better than Nemo and friends. Horizons was much better than mission space. Man Epcot used to be a lot better

I was the exact demographic Craig suggested shouldn't do Enchanted Tales with Belle when I did it for the first time last year. 30 yrs old, single, no kids, and by myself. While the theming and show was great, I felt uncomfortably awkward the whole time. Just waiting for Chris Hansen to tap me on the shoulder and ask "what are you doing here?"

The problem with Kali is that it was supposed to be twice as long as it ended up being due to budget cuts. It is a short ride in which just as you are getting into it... It is over!

I’m of the totally opposite opinion on Test Track. I never liked the ugly original ‘crash test dummies’ version because of the theming (and the bitter, bitter resentment at GM for replacing World of Motion with it). I rode it once or twice after it came out and didn’t want to go back (much like Mission Space). It was only when I heard they rethemed it to this Tron aesthetic that I started riding it again. The only thing I dislike is the time consuming car designing part that makes the wait times so much longer than they need to be.

We rode Kali river rapids on Thursday and then Popeyes and Blutos Bilge Rat Barges on Friday and wow the difference! Popeye is so much better! Longer too! We were all upset with how short Kali River Rapids was.

My top 5 worst rides: 5. Rafiki’s Planet Watch - If you paid to get into Animal Kingdom and you walked to the back of the largest park to wait for a train ride to go to a petting zoo, I don’t even feel bad for you anymore. 4. Monster’s Inc. Laugh Floor - Same reasons you all stated. 3. Livin with the Land - I know it’s controversial. But I think it’s time we all stop kidding ourselves. There are better ways to spend your time at Epcot. Eat at the restaurant. Go to the pavilion. Ride Soarin even. But Livin with the Land is one of the last artifacts that remain of what made Epcot famous as being the “boring” park to begin with. 2. Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage - I mean... can we just move on already? The American taste level has evolved past this tawdry display of what’s slowly becoming more and more irrelevant in the Disney songbook. There are many better ways to celebrate Disney music. Maybe put something more all-encompassing in here? But my god Disney, you have a beautiful old stage, use it! 1. Stitch’s Great Escape - ok. This is where it gets personal. I don’t care how you feel about the psychological trauma it caused kids. I don’t care that it may be thematically at odds with the rest of the entire of Magic Kingdom. But Alien Encounter was my favorite ride of all time. It was that sharp breath of fresh air that you never thought you’d get it in a Disney park. And magic kingdom no less. When I was a young boy, I remember magic kingdom being the best Disney World park BECAUSE of this ride. I could have my cheeky childish fun at Haunted Mansion, get my thrills on Space and Splash Mountain, and have the literal **** scared out of my pants at Alien Encounter. It was one of Disney’s riskiest ventures for sure. Way riskier than what they decided to put in there instead. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Lilo and Stitch. And I thought the concept was brilliant. A great way to keep the unique space and just disneyfy it a bit. But unfortunately it was just a miss. Anyways. I love the videos guys! Keep up the excellent work!

I agree about Test Track and Kali River Rapids. Old Test Track was awesome, the new one is a lame attempt to make it "better" or "cooler". It seems like Disney thought the conservation/political angle of Kali would make up for its shortcomings, but it doesn't. As Craig indicated, Popeye & Bluto's Barges at Islands of Adventure is MUCH better, more fun,/bold theming and more interesting.

I cannot financially travel to WDW but regardless in no particular order these are the 5 attractions I would avoid completely (Not including Stitch because it's practically extinct but sensory issues would keep me away from it) Twilight Zone Tower of Terror-Eeeekkkk! and I don't like drop towers Haunted Mansion-Eeeek! The theme song is spooky but I like it but still I would avoid the ride Rock N Roller Coaster-I don't do rock music or loop de loop coasters Monsters Inc Laugh Floor-Just plain annoying Kali River Rapids-I don't like being soaked and the theming doesn't appeal Runners Ups-would do these hesitantly Primeval Whirl-bad joints make spinning coasters difficult. Would cave if line was short Peter Pan's Flight-I find the perspective boring and you would be hard pressed to get me in those abhorrently ugly and unrealistic sickeningly green ships Swiss Family Treehouse-I have enormous difficulty with stairs Splash Mountain-I don't like getting splashed but I may cave in just to see the dark ride portion if I have dry bottoms any of the walking trails at Animal Kingdom-I don't see a need to waste time on these and since I would get around in a wheelchair due to limited stamina and bad joints I just would be extremely reluctant. I love Kilamanjaro though Note* As a 23 year old with numerous special needs who will never leave home or be married but am highly functioning (High Functioning Autism and bad joints are the main ones). I am like Craig not putting down those attractions like Dumbo whom I am not in the target range although I would willingly do all of them except Triceratop Spin, Magic Carpets, and Prince Charming Carousel (I can't sit saddle position because of my hips). I love Beauty and the Beast and though I have stage anxiety I would gladly go to it and even participate in a hopefully non speaking role although I would rather sing

Zero interest in Kali or Laugh Floor- even after some half dozen + visits since they have existed. I do like Belle however it is really 1 & done for me- an over 50 mom of a Craig aged child.
