Crappie Location vs. Weather and Water Temperature

As spring water temperatures rise, crappies shift location from the mouths of bays, to cover on flats, to the shallows. Early on, it's all about feeding, not spawning.

In winter time do crappie come to shallow water if it get warm are do u still fish the deep water

Imagine being this guy. Fishing boats have been in use for about 9000 years. Electronics have been widely used for more than 50 years. Your version of old school is different than the rest of the planets. Lol.
