The Reflection What?
@thereflection72257 жыл бұрын
+ 1 snoop There is nothing "genius" about what was done. At a given RPM a vehicle will run a certain speed dependent on weight, tire size and gearing. Horsepower is the amount of time waiting to get you to that speed based those three factors. Heavier vehicle needs more horsepower, lighter vehicle needs less horsepower. Again, there is nothing genius about what he did. This has been done decades ago, only difference now is resolution and processing speed of the ECU, but everything else is essentially the same.
@ej7speed9967 жыл бұрын
The Reflection I agree to an extent, the Porsche and the Honda are cool and all, but they lack balance and practical purpose, other than for just going fast in a straight line. I don't believe they engineered their vehicles to be anything other than unique though, they were just trying to squeeze power out of untypical motors. Figuring out how to make 1000 horsepower to the wheels in limited stock Honda Odyssey internals isn't something that can be achieved by everybody though.

+4cyl_LOL "Clearly money doesn't buy talent" that sums it up right there. I'm not a car guy nor do I really want to learn all the technicals apart from simple maintenance. By your logic why not build you own house? Not really impressive that some guy built the place you fuck/shit/eat right? What about your own food? Why would you let another person touch what you're gonna eat? Your clothes? You can tailor clothes to your size exactly, why go to the store and bother having to try on crap made by someone else? Your phone? Your computer? etc.
