We go online to usp.gov then process a forward to a friend's home..this is good for 6 mo. Then you redo it. Now, all jink mail is left behind and only your first class good mail forwards. This is best way to deal with mail.

Look into 'bee wax wraps', basically cloths impregnated with bees wax that you can use to wrap food with. They are easy clean and biodegradable (or re makeable if you make them yourselves). They are an alternative to cling film/Saran wrap.

It doesn’t matter how long it takes you it matters how good of a job you do. Hopefully you do not go cheaply to the point that it will affect your rebuild go ahead spend the money get your block and heads cleaned and recondition and checked

I remember getting the long awaited care package from home when I lived and worked in the USVI in the late 80's. Jif and Twinkies. So obviously this video Sierra is in Florida and the Pandemic craziness hasn't hit you yet. It's good to see you excited about getting all that stuff. As much as we all hated the lockdown and now the mandatory masks and distance separation stuff. America is strong. I'm waiting for my adrenaline junky shirt to arrive and add to my collection. You'll have to get a much bigger boat to carry all that stuff... I reccon, to strip the head (diesel motor), strip the block, clean, check, note order of disassembly, repaint, refit, valve grind and reassemble the head, torque up and time the injector pump, prime and start, to a running well standard, three weeks...

I use a RAM mount on my motorcycle handlebars and not a huge fan. I've had cheaper mounts that felt a lot more secure and that didnt almost let my phone go when I hit a pothole at 60mph. Not sure if they're any better for boating but I'd hope so.

Don’t put the faraday bag in the oven! Lol the doesn’t protect electronics. Think about it. It’s metal. Any conductor on the boat is going to light up like a Christmas tree if you get hit with lightning. Keep the faraday bag as far away from conductors as possible.

Billy you made the wager on the amount of time to rebuild the engine ? Do you know internally what is wrong with the engine ? Are you going to have the crank turned down with new bearings ? Are you going to rebuild the head ? Valve job, stem seals, deck the head , etc. Are you going to rebuild the fuel system ? Injectors, high pressure pump ? Are you going to install new pistons, wrist pins, new liners or bore out the old liners. I think you need to tell the viewers how far you are going to go with the rebuild ? If at this point in time due to the time lapse if you have completed the rebuild what exactly did you do to the internals of the engine. What machine work was done ? Let your viewers know.

check you faraday-cage. Put a cellphone in and check if you loose connection. Can also "boost" with aluminum foil. Or, make a Tin foil hat :)
