I started doing this workout at the beginning of December. Initially I could only do 1 of the 3 sets, but now I regularly do all 3. PS I am 67.

At almost 40, this is the most consistent I have been with any exercise routine. It's straight to the point. No hard sell or motivation during the routine...just pure focus. I have moved from trying to loose weight to living a healthy lifestyle. I feel great! Thanks Heather.

This is the first workout that I discovered on your channel. I loved it! It will be one of my go-to regular workouts from now on. I alternated between my 18 and 26lbs, I'm drenched in sweat and I feel awesome. Thank you for the three rounds! So helpful. I never repeat more than once a video so this motivates me to do all three rounds. Good music. Yay for the warm-up and cool down. One thing I wish you had is saying the exercise (in addition to writing it) for those of us that are watching on a tiny phone screen.

This is amazing. I’m a newbie to your channel! I loved that it was all real time - you didn’t just tell us to do it for a set amount of time, it actually had a countdown on screen and the fact there was a clip of what’s up next - so many times I’ve seen videos saying “next: some weird name for an exercise I don’t understand”. Better than some apps I’ve paid for. Killer workout but love how put together this is and at no cost!

First time doing your workouts. I really loved the WHOLE workout!! The music and cues when it was time to rest and move on. Those things helped me stay focused on correct position, pushing myself, and setting a good pace rather than staring at the screen and counting reps over and over. Even the preview of upcoming moves was a great addition!!!

This was very good. At first I was going to use my 18 pound kettlebell, but the workout was intense enough with just my 13!! The warm up and cool down is appreciated, and the music was awesome. It’s difficult to find a workout video without cheesy music - but you definitely accomplished that! This is extremely well done especially since it’s free. Thank you for providing this gift to all of us who want to stay in shape while our gyms are closed!

And honestly if you’re looking to lose weight but cardio isn’t your thing (same as me) the benefits this video has given me towards it. What you tubers don’t tell you is that you need leg/arm strength before you can get a result from cardio. You can struggle in a cardio video and not sweat or feel anything activated, or you can strength train your limbs first and actually feel everything working and fat burning in a cardio sesh!

All I can do for now is watch. Was recently discharged from hospital with Pulmonary embolism so taking it easy and on medication. I can't wait to resume as I have gained 3Kg! Baby steps. Will start with low impact exercises and slowly build on my strength. Greetings from Nairobi Kenya!
