I honestly think it falls s lot on our diet and lifestyle choices that lead to hairloss or most illnesses really... i wasn't sure about the roller because I used a stamp 0.5mm on my hairline and it seems to have made the hairs fall out of perhaps they were cut by the needles, so i stopped using the stamp as scared of damaging hair follicles.

It works. I’m regrowing my hairline after getting surgery to remove a benign bone tumor so it left me with a scar and some hair loss . I’ve only done it once and I can already see a difference. I’m going to do it again in a couple weeks . I have a microneedling derma pen and I do 1-2.5mm depth . I use castor oil too but without the pen I wouldn’t have seen much regrowth

You need to make a video about vit.d and how huge of an impact it helps with diffuse hair loss. It's not just finasteride and minoxidil. Ive been on finasteride for 4 years now and started to put minoxidil on my beard again with dermarolling on my beard and i was a hyper responder during the first year. For the last 3 years I continued to have hair sheds daily. After adding high dose of vit.d and reducing fapping to a minimum, my hair became thicker and grey much more hair than with my regular routine.

@@allanwilson6223 I use to take 3000iu-7000iu daily for a few months then maintained it at 1500-3000iu daily. It all depends how much sunlight you're getting. Best to get blood work done first before taking vit and minerals. Iron is also a mineral that can cause chronic shedding, third is zinc. I eat mostly meat but I was very deficient in Iron and that also contributed to my chronic hairloss for the pass 10+ years. Finasteride+minox and well managed vit and minerals+ well balanced diet, reduced fapping and keeping stress to a minimum are the key aspect of retaining your hair. If you are sensitive to DHT, and you are addicted to fapping, it's the main reason why you are always shedding. I fixed mostly everything I mentioned and my hair is much healthier.

Hey! I'm one of those guys featured! I wont ruin who I am, but my results have been pretty substantial in a very short time frame. I believe diffuse thinners are the best responders and combined with deep and hard wounding, your own results will amaze you. Don't be afraid of a little blood and pain. I started Minoxidil and used that for a year. My hair loss progressively got worse. I hopped onto Finasteride and have been on it for six months. My hair loss never seemed to level out. I noticed that Minoxidil was irritating my scalp, so I stopped taking Minoxidil. I’m strictly using Finasteride and my scalp feels so healthy. I believe the best benefit for hair health is Finasteride, derma rolling, and probiotics.

Just got a transplant from now hair time in turkey , currently on day 7 of my recovery . Its healing very well the procedure went so smooth they were unbelievable to work with. My onky concern now is my crown even tho they done my hairline and put in around 600 grafts into my crown area im concerned about more thinning in the future . I'm gonna start on biotin and I'm gonna do a few sessions of prp aswell. Do you think the derminator , prp and biotin would work wonders for the crown area?

My regime for whomever cares; -1mm micro needle (Dr. Pen) -Hairmax Laser Band -Veta hair serum -veta shampoo and conditioner However, the twist is instead of using minox, I use a sensory deprivation tank which is loaded with Magnesium, the micro needling allows the magnesium to absorb and break up scalp calcification + I also take hair vitamins + get IV injections + daily infared sauna. The results are absolutely insane. My dermatologist is convinced I’m on propecia and does not believe that I did not get a transplant. Hope this helps guys! Thanks for this video. I noticed a bald spot a month ago around the crown (not even gradual hair loss, weird). Doctor said he doesn't see it, no hair loss. I started to use Minoxidil, a 3 weeks ago. So far, I hear Minoxidil is not ideal as it might make your hair fall out once you stop using it. I think I should stop, also don't want to be dependent on it. @@lamine38 I actually stopped using Minoxidil a few weeks in. Once I stopped, I noticed a lot of shedding. My scalp was itchy, head burning. I had to stop. What I do now is clean my scalp, to get rid of excess oil, using a scalp scrub, a pore cleanser, my scalp feels clean, which for me, in turn, let's my hair grow. I noticed my hair is more fuller. I haven't noticed any hair loss, guess it was something temporary. 🤷‍♂️

I'd rather use natural products than anything like minoxidil or finasteride as I suffer from eczema and worried about side effects. I have recently started using Fin & 0.5. I didn't try Minox cause many says it has side effect. So i am using Man Matters hair syrum which has Finastroid, Biotin & some other thing. I am using dermaroller 0.5 twice a week for 5mnt and using Fin twice a day. After uses of 2-3 days saw improvement of hair but then after a week not much noticable diffrance. I am counting on derma roller to pop out results.

I'm another example of decent results. Currently 3.5 months in using a Dr. Pen A1w @ 1.75mm every 7-10 days with minox twice per day and taking vitamins/saw palmetto. I was a norwood 5/5A and am now approaching a 3A with a lot of new vellus hairs in the crown, temples and hairline. I'm pretty confident that I'm on track to recover most of my hair

I started using the reactivate serum from liiitlextra for the past month and totally moved away from my previous serum for the past two months. It's working great. I simply apply it once daily with the spray pump included with the serum. It's very simple to use, not oily, and without any scent. Rosemary oil has been shown to give simular results to minoxidil for those that want stay natural without the possible side effects. This along with using pumpkin seed oil internally and externally help block dht. Eating or drinking ginger is also fantastic for your skin and oxidative stress, take your vitamins.

I keep hearing people say to massage your scalp for 15-20 minutes each day, but I feel like that would agitate and pull out much more hair. If I lose 150 hairs every time I massage my scalp wouldn’t that do more harm than good? Or no?

You should supplement with omega 3, biotin, niacin, zinc, collagen, pumpkin seed oil capsules. I am currently taking these supplements with food and have noticed less shedding of my hair.
