So obviously this isn't the video you'd expect after my KH video😅, but I figure I made enough community posts to let y'all know this was next. I actually wrote, voiced, and recorded the main CT footage back in October after my Alex Kidd video and had to put this off to focus on school and then decided to prioritize KH. Next quality video is gonna be a long retrospective of a short series. Not as long as KH, but still beefy. However, going from 900 subs to 5.3K in such a short time is a large milestone, so I might make a thank you/update video soonish. Well I just learnt a shit ton, pretty interesting of a topic. Coming to think of it what do you think of Jet Set Radio and it's messaging? I know most people can pick up on the freedom of expression and the spirit of the rebellious culture of the 2000s, mainly from a Japanese lens curtesy of Smile Bit, but I feel there's more to it right?

Great analysis. Loved your KH vid as well. Can't wait for more! I had a few questions if you have the time. Do you just pull b-roll from media you're currently consuming, seek out media you've previously consumed, or seek out media you've yet to consume? Mix of all 3? I'm currently in comm studies grad school. Had to stop streaming due to how much of my time was being used for just reading. Did you make content while you were in grad school? How did you manage your time?

Hey, thanks for the compliment! Glad you've enjoyed my work! To answer question 1, it's a pretty big mix. Mostly I seek out something I've already consumed, usually something recent. Typically when I play through games that I think have video potential I record the whole playthrough though I've also recorded playthroughs of games I use b-roll of often like Sonic Adventure 1&2. During my first year I still worked on videos quite a bit. It was still lockdown so I just had online classes and a part time job in the mornings. My 2nd year I was more busy with classes, 2 internships, my comprehensive exam, and other university funded projects that ate my time. Which is partially why you'll notice a drop in upload frequency. I will say for readings... you can skip the methods section a lot...

Great introductory video to leftist ideology with an easy-to-dive-in reference point. The audio quality and editing is also eons better than the previous video of yours that I commented on. Watching this made me curious to hear your thoughts about Death Stranding, as odd as it might seem, I think it's fairly easy to see how CT influenced DS at a base level. Have you given Death Stranding a try?

I haven't played Death Stranding atm. I'm a fan of MGS, but Death Stranding came out a weird time so I missed it. Eventually I'd like to play it, but it's not a soon kinda thing.

@NovaZoneTV Yeah, the timing for me was also not the best. I played it for a couple hundred hours(lol) in 2023 and it might be my favorite Kojima game behind mgs2! The more I played it, the more I realized how arcade-y the game feels. It's a truly unique budding flower of a game. I hope you get a chance to dip your toes into it before DS2 comes out! 👍

Sega at their very best. Never forgiven Edge magazine and their 6/10 one page review of the Dreamcast version. The game has excellent playability, it's really addictive, easy to learn but rewards time and effort put into it, great graphics ( simple yet impressive at the same time ), awesome original soundtrack and great additional content with the home versions. 9/10 every day of the week for me. Interesting take on the game in this video
