My very first dive in Wellington I scored some wicked paua (not this time) And funnily enough I have no clue what to do with it, so nan to the rescue came and taught me how to clean, prep and cook a paua. So this is what she taught me.
I know lots of people have lots of different recipes so if you've got a wicked recipe you'd be happy to share, nau mai haere mai whanau!
