Finally, I have been waiting for this. Like you've mentioned on your website, the recipe surely has many variations and it was interesting to see yours. I usally opt for a bit more sourness as it gives this tingling taste sensation combined with the rich and hearty flavour of the beef and vegetables. I would love to see more slavic recipes in the future if you find some which would interest you.

I'd like to add that it was firstly made in Odesa for Graf Stroganoff, in the times of Russian Empire (XIX century), city is Ukrainian though.
