@@MikesGourmetKitchen I’ll definitely try making it here. I’ll definitely check out the restaurant. I’m pretty sure they’ll have Castle Lite and Karate Water too! The Brandewyn and coke was a combo I’ve never thought to try.

Nice, I'm going to give this a go, thanks for sharing! I don't put any pesticides or poisons into my garden, so I'm busy "cleaning" some from my own garden - 2-3 days of feeding them in a container and then a 2 days without food and they're ready. It's pronounced without the T at the end - es-car-go

@MikesGourmetKitchen2 жыл бұрын
Hi Dianne, not at all it does appear so but it it is not, its just a combination of the oil of the snails and the sauce😀

Garden snails won't kill you. They are delicious. South Africa has a growing snail farming industry. Contact me for details on buying, preparing and cooking local snails. We import 300 tons of snails in tins from Indonesia yearly, why don't we rather support local?

Looked like your sauce split.

Hi Peter , it does tend to split when doing it this way , if you cook it on stove top it doesnt happen , but it doesnt have quite the garlic oil taste to it as if it was pan made 😃
