creamy protein rich Potato Soup with Salmon

INGREDIENTS:
* 3 large russet potatoes
* 1 large sweet potato
* 1 large skinless salmon fillet cut into bite-size pieces
* Season salmon with the following ingredients: Half a teaspoon each old bay seasoning, smoked paprika, mixed herb buttery seasoning mix, curry powder, garlic powder, onion, Lemon pepper.
* A couple splashes of cooking olive oil for pan searing the salmon
* 1 large chopped onion
* Two large carrots, diced
* 1 1/2 cups of chopped celery
* Three cloves of garlic, minced or crushed
* 2 tablespoons of green chili sauce or a combination of equal parts of the following ingredients, crushed into a paste (Habanero chili, garlic, ginger, Italian parsley, and onion)
* 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
* Sauté vegetables with same spices and seasonings used for salmon. Use A 1/4 tsp each of repeat seasonings.
* 1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper
* Salt to taste.
* 2 cups of vegetable broth
* 1 cup of water
* 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
* 2 cups of heavy, whipping cream
** adjust whipping cream amount to your preference **

The tongs are available on Amazon.com. The pot is an enamel cast iron Dutch oven and available in different brands online. no it does not stain because the enamel is not absorbent.

Yes. Please substitute with coconut milk and cream for non diary preference. You may also use heavy cream only, and mash some of the potatoes to make the soup creamier.
