I love your channel, Dr Snipes. Just stumbled upon it not long ago and watched quite a few of your talks. They are about the best mental health educational talks i have watched anywhere from TEDs talks to whatever there are on YT. Thank you ! This vision board is another great one…at 75 yrs of age, recently lost my partner, i am starting over ( kind of). But i will try and re look a my life, define my values, and see where and how i am going to move forward!🙏

Dr Snipes, how come no therapist, doctor or other healthcare-professional has given clarifying, relieving, useful, patient-oriented, compassionate words of methods, toolsetc, treating one sensibly and mindig te precious time lik you do? Is it only on film or in lecture halls that seriosness and meaning is made? People talk about seeking a good doctor, but hoiw does one do that, while affected by ill health with lack of sleep, support, function and energy, please? Extra gratitude and love to you if you answer this. And I have had my savings and sick-pension stolen o cannot pay you that way for counselling,I'm afraid. Thanks for the offer. I can only pay by work now, or pay later!Am being fatally mistreated, help! A vision-board would be great, I made one as I had had my home stolen as well, but want a better one. Have to define my values though. :-)

Thanks so much. We got some new studio lights, was the change in this video. We have a couple more light being changed out next week. (Trying to rely less on the office overhead fluorescents...)

Sorry, once you're past 60 life is over. No vision board will change that.

There are a lot of people who would disagree with that. I would encourage you to think about small things you can change to bring new meaning and positivity. My mother started learning about birds, feeding the birds, hummingbird feeders, butterfly plants. She also volunteered helping Hispanic immigrants learn to read in English. Some people go to the park and feed the squirrels. Small things can make a big difference. Thanks for watching. Wishing you peace, health, and happiness.
