My wife is from Alabama and was an avid fisher until disabled. You are just about the only one she enjoys watching fish, and you have the added bonus of sounding like home to her. She was like you with luck and she outfished everyone we know. She loved it so much that she dreams at night about fishing still, even though she can't do it anymore.

absolutely addicted to your videos especially when i cant go fishing. yet it makes me wanna fish even more also from my point of view, a fish dying from fishing is the cycle of life. we are like any predator but sometimes catch and release doesnt always go to plan but atleast we have a choice to let them go. it happens and will happen.

Great video ! It has every element for "Creek Fishing Adventures" award for the year ! Glad you were able to get back to Kentucky for a trip. Lots of beautiful fish for your group. When you were in the storm, I got a little worried about that Lightin' Rod sticking up on the back of your boat !!!!!! LOL ! As for the smallie that didn't make it, it happens to all who fish at one time or another. As you thoughtfully described, it became as the circle (cycle) of life. Always good to re-connect with old friends. Thanks for taking us along with ya'll. Perfect WORD at the close. Always be safe. Pap Blevins (S.E. Kentucky)

I know sometimes it happens when we catch fish that they swallow the hook & we have no control over it, I have cut my line to try to save them but sometimes it's their time to go, one time I felt so bad that I killed one & it was floating & a bald eagle came and got it, made me much happier that it was the circle of life, but what an awesome float with so many great catches, your do lucky to get to do what your doing & I know you don't take it for granted! God bless you!🎣👍

I know you like the raised seat open style fishing kayaks but on a river like this it seems like the Old Town Loon fishing Kayak would be safer and drier. It is a sit in kayak and you should have been able to go down most of those rapids. Right now I am fishing out of an old Dagger Crossover which is a cross between a whitewater kayak and a river kayak. I am going to put rod holders on it and add an anchor.
