I have a leo and one day her tail just randomly fell off- I wasn't there for it, I walked in to the room and she was just sitting there with her tail detached. To this day don't know why! Lupin seems quite special though!! It’s like he was trying to show you that he could regrow his tail! So cute.

I also have a pale crested gecko but she's more yellow based, and she also gets shed stick on her little claws and she HATES when I try to pick it off

All mine that has lost a tail has grow a stump of a regrown tail, and thats 4 out of 10, the 6 havent lost the tail. So its a 100% of the ones who lost a tail, that now have a regrown one around a cm long.

Please feel free to ignore this question if it's too personal But why did your ex leave his reptiles with you? You seem to have quite a few that were originally his. I can't imagine leaving my pets behind after a breakup
