What an amazing testimony! I'm also an amputee (lbk) due to trauma. When I was 13 I took a short cut near some train tracks while the little engine that could was roaring by and I zigged when I should've zagged. One of the parts of the 911 call that I found fascinating and had me jump out my seat was when you stated that you were gonna die, not from the injury but from your mom's reaction lol. Dude, no lie, an officer arrived first and controlled the bleeding and as I lie there waiting for the ambulance I said "my mom is gonna kill me". He too didn't understand where that came from or why I would make such a claim. Anyway, glad you are doing well, keep moving forward (especially since walking backwards as an amputee f@!ing sucks!).

Some people are just calm like that. I am like that. I remember my mom started my dad's pick up truck forgetting he took the carbonator out (obviously this is years ago .. probably like 25 or 30 years ago before fuel injection) and when she started it there was a fire suddenly under the hood. She got us kids out of the truck to the next door neighbour's door but she was so freaked out she could not speak. Us kids had to talk for her and tell him what was going on. I am the type of person who can separate thinking what if or the worst scenario kind and just do what needs to be done. It kind of is like I am looking on the situation like a different person. I am glad you were so calm as well and that you were not more injured.

Looks like you and I are pulling an all righter. I am anyway. As I'm still watching and hitting like on your video's. XX Keep up the positive attitude. I needed to see something good coming out of so much a tragic event. Been in a real funk lately, after loosing my little sister two weeks ago to cancer. I been stuck in morbid reflection. It was a very ugly passing for her. She went screaming for somebody to help her. Nothing we could do. Big sister couldn't fix it and make it all go away. Dude she was so scared. Anyway... I hope to get out of the weird funk soon. Haven't been able to cry yet. IDK why. Hurts to much, if that makes any sense? Later honey.

Thanks for the acknowledging my comment. It's nice to know that there are still some good heated people out there. Hope your doing good these days. I finished up my physical therapy now. I can walk a little again, dr5ess myself, and feed myself. Those were some hard day's learning how to do stuff all over again. The scary part was when my memory came back. It was weird dude. Like a dark curtain on a dimly lit stage. The curtain raised and I could see everything again. When I came out of that coma, I knew I was in an ICU but remember how I got there. I figured a bad car wreck or something.. A machine was still breathing for me so I couldn't talk to ask WTF happened to me. I could hear my hubby on the phone with someone. He was talking about how he took me to the ER, and that's when my memory came rushing back in. So... it's been a long road back. Still dealing with the pain of loosing my little sister. It has caused me some emotional bankruptcy. I cried a little the other night. It's still inking in that she's gone. Really nothing much worth mentioning. I'm so glad I found your uplifting spirit. You really do help me a lot more then you know. Oh... I do have some new, news. I've started studying to be a Geologist. have been studying rocks and their elements. How minerals mixed in make them become new stones. and gem's. The story behind their creations. Where to find them and excavation processes. It's some really cool stuff. I really like it so far. I have to be able to look at a rock and tell you it's name is, and what it's composed of. There's over 300. They test us every day. Speaking of, I need to go study. You take care. XX🌤

What I don't understand is why did they sent the police/firefighters? Why not first an ambulance? I never heard in these interviews nor the 911 call that they are sending an ambulance (or paramedics as you call them I guess). In my country it would be an ambulance first and sometimes it's police and ambulance together and depending on the situation (when somebody got stuck in a car accicent or something) then there will be firefighters too..
