the talaria wins for me because its less weight making it agile and its silent so i can go anywhere. would love to have a 450 too of course.

This is with our 72v Dominator? We’ll have to lend you our new Diablo Spawn 81v (22s) 45Ah Molicell p45b being released in October (when we re-open). Battery should be able to pull 35-40Kw and massive increase in top end. Will add another 8-15mph. This will give the CRF a shock!

Awsome content ! Try and get someone with a gilera runner 172. Be good to see how a decent 250f would do , if it could stay close enough.

I think of my 72v sur Ron maybe 350 torque and 85 top end. The feel of the torque is totally different to a gas bike imo
@je76472 ай бұрын
That being said I'm only running 15kw
@stingyrogerr2 ай бұрын
Yeah man I agree. There’s an old video on my channel with a 14kw vs an sx85 and they were neck and neck. I think at 28kw it would be very close to the 350 up to maybe 65mph then the 350 would pull away. I’d say the talaria here slots in between a 250&450 (quicker than the 250 but not quite enough to beat a 450) But yes the top end of an 85 from 60-70 is more similar to my bike I would agree! I’m gearing down to allow an extra 15% more top end to see how it changes things!

@@stingyrogerrin my opinion the top speed is being bottlenecked by the voltage, 108v battery and a fardriver 1081800 would take that 450 out all day. I don't even know if a 108v battery is possible with the ergonomics of the sur Ron and cell specifications tho.

@Stingy 1. with 28KW how is the gear box holding up? 2. will you replace your Gear Box in exchange for the MX5's.

1. The gearbox is still running like new! 2. only if it breaks! But it may not fit my sotion motor Thanks for watching!

@@stingyrogerr To keep your channel current, you must buy the MX-5 battery cover seeing your bike is more or less an MX-5.

try something hardpack! (street, clay, something that allows the power to be put down) Lean forward for anti-wheelie you'll need it! Do a range test! LOL jk jk. It's why I didn't convert my crf450r frame to electric. The nearest town is 20 miles. I got a killer deal on an engine for $1200 so it's gas now! 3.2 gallons should get me 150+miles then just fuel up anywere. Charging would take a few hours eh?
@stingyrogerr2 ай бұрын
Yo! Thanks for watching! I actually have supermoto tires and wheels so we will revisit this topic again! In terms of range if youre hooning along doing pulls and averaging say 60mph I get 45 miles, driving like regular traffic I’ll get maybe 70 miles! Its hard not to hoon though the power is addictive! 3 hours for a charge on my fast charger from empty. I tend to only ever get it down to maybe 1/3rd so often I’m only charging it up for a couple hours back to full 💪🏼 The 450r is a beast! Enjoy it and stay safe brother!

Talaria records the faster 0-60 times at 4.1 vs 4.7 for the 450. It depends on grip really, after 55/60 the 450 catches up and pulls a bit but i’ve got different gearing to try and an extra 10hp to unlock on the talaria then will revisit. In the video we were getting to about 70/75mph in each run for reference Thanks for watching.

@@GoveeCalgary Year1973 and the bike known as the CR125 Elsinore, also known as cheap Japanese junk became a staple in motocross history. I seem to think history is repeating itself. I bet the MX3,MX4,MX5, LBX and Pro eRide will be collectibles 15 years from today. It's truly a new beginning and new era. As our era comes to an end, Stingy Roger will be one of those names that's mentioned when we think of these eMotos.
