I am in Australia and time differences make it hard for watching live so am waiting for the start of the recording now as just purchased the Cricut Maker and not used it as yet. I did however get a starter box kit for Christmas so looking forward to learning as much as I can so I can get started. I got a cricket joy for Christmas. I was able to get cricket info downloaded into my applications folder but was not able to do my sample cuts. The rollers were not working properly. Very frustrating.

I'm so frustrated! Im using my iphone. I downloaded the cricut app. madea a username, Got interupted and didnt write down the password and now I dont remember it as it was not taking a password that i usually use. How do I reset? I tried and it said it would send email to reset and it hasnt done it. IDK what happened I got to start to use, i picked a birthday card. the machine went throught pulling the sheet in and then spit it out and nothing was cut or design was on the cardstock! so the joy is unplugged. I'm trying to put the thing on the android tablet and its not working. what a mess
