CRISPY BAKED BLACK BEAN TACOS | 45-minute sheet pan dinner! (naturally vegetarian, easily vegan)

These Crispy Black Bean Tacos have quickly climbed the ranks as one of PWWB's most well-loved recipes, and I completely understand why: they're crispy, cheesy, satisfying, and made using ingredients that you probably have in your pantry right now! hi there! I don't recall the exact cheese I used when I filmed this video - it was probably the ALDI brand pepperjack - but I don't think brand is especially important here. You can use your favorite melty cheese (colby jack, pepperjack, havarti, etc.). Hope this helps!
