Thanks for the tutorial on some of these exercises, added a few new ones from the video to my routine. I've lost over 150lbs over the course of 2 years from dieting and fasting alone (I also suffer from an underactive thyroid and have for practically my entire life due to Hashimoto's which strained my weight-loss efforts), and I am now trying to build up muscle to fill and tone the loose skin, and still shed a few more pounds while I am at it. You've earned yourself a subscriber. +1.

I’m watching this in lockdown, and lockdown had brought me down, and Gyms are shut, I just eat a lot more takeaways now, I’ve put weight on. I’ve looked in the mirror and I hate what I see, but in this videos you have helped me understand what I can do at home, and I’ll try this everyday since gyms open up again, thank you so much!

I did all of this 2 years ago and lost massive weight about 50 pounds in 4months. When it comes to walking set a goal, I aim for 2 miles a day. Every 18 minutes or so is a mile so less than a 40 minute walk per day or every other day. On top of that any of these home excerises for another 30 minutes and thats an hour of workouts. You can easily lose half a pound per day or 3 per week at a month its 12 pounds. Now to lose weight it also depends what you eat too, limit your carb intake, Im not saying do a keto diet but if you had a loaded meal with carbs limit your carbs for the rest of the day, try and get a good servings worth in a meal and the pounds will shed. Avoid junkfood, and avoid eating anything 3 hours before bed. And drink a glass of water before your meal and after it, helps reduce your appetite and will up your water intake.

I used to work out a lot and I was getting in good shape but I got every unmotivated and gave up on myself for at least 8 months. I started to eat way too much and I gained a lot of weight. Now i still have some muscle but also I got a lot of belly fat and I want to get back to working out wish me luck !

Ethan Everett Hey Ethan, the key to weight loss is really 2 things...being in a caloric deficit (calorie restriction) combined with an increase in cardio and conditioning workouts each week. You can lose 2-3 lbs weekly if you’re committed 😉👍🏻

Yes this will help with your weightloss efforts, however it is important to remember that you cannot "target" fat loss. Fat loss is a "whole body process" that requires consistency with your training and following an excellent nutrition plan.

Go to timeanddate.com and print out some monthly calendars. Every time you do your workout colour in that date. I found it works for me. Linda like potty training a toddler.....
