It does resemble houndstooth, but my first thought was that it looks like you're crocheting carrots. LOL Amazing design!! It's new & fresh. Love it!

It is so refreshing to see someone hold the yarn and crochet hook the same way I do! I was starting to feel like everyone who does crochet youtube videos was required to do a pencil-grip type hold!

Again, Jessica, you come to my aid! Tysvm! Im so excited, I ordereda bunch more of my Red Heart Super Saver fave colors today! I love this pattern, and the other only color that I've never used that are in this pattern is the red . Every other color is one of my favorite shades in the line. A great blue it's the Suede. Oh my goodness, jewel tones show up so beautifully when worked in it, like in a moss such. Thanks again for some Red Heart Super Saver101.

I am STOKED! I LOVE the "mistake" exactly as you first made it, and it's using some of my favorite colors in Red Heart Super Saver! Matter of fact, I was just ordering a couple of the colors you used as I've run out! I have a big question about this yarn... I bought a TON of it online without ever seeing it in person. I found out its stiff, doesn't drape, And scratches at my skin. I had only worked with Premiere Ever Soft, and Caron Simply Soft in my then 6 months of experience crocheting, so had NO idea this yarn would feel so awful. Here's the big question: if I machine wash and dry my two shawls and two lonnng scarfs made with Red Heart Super Saver, will they soften and drape properly? I've asked several people about this, and no answer. I love these colors, but am not going to purchase more of this yarn until I know if it's horrible stiffness can be gotten rid of. I hope I get answers soon, as I need to order yarn. I have two large laundry baskets of Red Heart Super Saver sitting and going to waste, as I'm afraid to try it again. HELP

Love, love, love this pattern! I am 30 rows into a 4 color afghan. I am trying to decide on an edging for this. I would greatly appreciate your input(HELP!!!!). I have tried to find some pictures of finished afghans.....but I have had no luck. At this point, I am not sure if I am going to use tassels, but I would like to find a good and sturdy edging for this beauty!!! This is a keeper.

@24caratcrochetCoUk
@24caratcrochetCoUk 10 жыл бұрын
If you chain 4 and keep repeating that until your chain is the width you want (making sure you do the extra 2 chains), then you can follow along with this pattern in the same way.
@CrochetwithClare
@CrochetwithClare 10 жыл бұрын
Yes as 24 Carat Crochet said, just keep chaining until it is long enough for your blanket and work the pattern until it is large enough for your liking.
