For the fins, why can't I just flip the fin around? seeing as we fold it like a taco, won't front and back be exactly the same?
@crochetbygenna6 ай бұрын
so you can, but when you crochet the fin closed it creates an outline and the outline will be on the bottom if you flip the fin around. But its personal preference :) you can do it like that if you want!
@meganj14116 ай бұрын
It's because the edges of the fins won't look the same when you sew them on. The stitches will be upside down for the second fin and it will affect the symmetry of the design. You can't see it on the video very well, but the little "V's" the stitches create will only be visible on one side. So basically it's for aesthetic purposes more than anything.

I’m Confused like when I do the Shell I do thicker yarn for this one because I’m making it for someone and that’s like the only one I have for now but like not working this is for a 8mm Crochet hook but I like doing it and I think I have the right numbers of things but it’s every time when I made the first part of The first video of the turtle like the regular size that’s what I like happened to me and then the second time I try it’s like when I was crushing the last part of it like the last loop for the Fins and it always comes to my stitch marker it’s weird, but I like your videos❤
