Why not use the color blender on the quarter and fender. They are no longer blend panels now. You just panel painted it

@@CromaxEMEA I saw the new video.. brilliant work.. the job turned out beautiful, these videos are helpful to new cromax users. I wish these were available to me 5 years ago when I started spraying this paint.. I personally would love to see some videos on advanced topics such as removing a defect and repairing the basecoat. Or removing a drip in the base coat. maybe.video on repairing splashing. Unfortunately splashing happens to all cromax painters sooner or later.

Sikkens takes 5 to 6 coats with this color as with most. How do I get cromax pro to come do a demo at my shop, it's clearly the better product I'd love to have the boss see how he's wasting time and money on sikkens and should switch to cromax pro. Is there a contact or something for setting up a cromax demo please?

I work in a rapid shop so the technical part of painting is not there anymore. It's about how much cars can you smash out, quality is not there anymore sad industry its not like it was 20 years ago its all about speed, very sad.😔😔😔😔😔

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. There are a number of clearcoats that are suitable with Cromax Pro and it really depends upon your needs. We offer clearcoats ranging from traditional 2 coat application through to energy saving products that can be applied in 1.5 coats for example. Please refer to our TDS's sheets or our website for further information on our products. Alternatively if you descibe your requirements, conditions and location I can try to advise.

Which gun and set up do you recommend for efficiency and reducing materials. Our suppliers push sagola and they seem to be very thirsty, I appreciate that this video is a year old but if you could reply that would be hugely appreciated thanks

We have a number of suggested sprayguns for the application of Cromax pro. Sagola is one of a number of manufcaturers we cooperate with. Have you tried the Sagola 4600 Xtreme 1.2?

I bought a used camera and measuring instrument from EBAY in the USA. Can I use it without registering as a member of Axalta or DuPont? Can it be used with US specifications in Japan?

A very unusual question, thanks. Without registering as a customer you will not have access to the latest updated formulations etc. Is there a particular reason that you do not want to register?

It's all free of charge, but you need to register as a customer and this will be checked and approved before you receive access to the data base...

These videos are for training, and in this case we paint the full side of the car in basecoat to show how to paint a large area, there is a separate video for the blending process.

Hi, thanks for your question. The one and a half coat process is as shown in the video. What I am doing is applying the basecoat in one operation without flashing off in between coats. If you look again you will see that I complete each section of the car before moving to the next, taking great care to merge the different sections togther to create a continuous homogeneous film.

And also applying the 1st coat very closure to Pannel moving fast 4 to 6 inch and 2 coat as control coat keeping away from Pannel at reduced pressure, is that my understanding correct sir

Hi, not quite. The basecoat is applied as a full closed coat but not over heavy or wet at a normal disance followed by an effect coat which is applied at a greater distance to the object using tighter overlaps to control colour, orientaion/effect laydown and to finalise hiding. This is done at normal inlet pressure of 2 bar in this case.
