Liked supper the best. I loved the video bc I like knowing how much carbs and protein crossfit athletes are taken in. You here so much that carbs are bad and it's nice to see the amount Noah takes in on average a day. Great stuff, more videos like this in the future would be awesome.

Hey Noah, first off big fan and good luck in regionals and hopefully the game's this year. Now that that's out of the way I had a question about nutrition. I was wondering if you offered any coaching or program's to help people out with it. It's the one department I've had issue's with in my Crossfit training. I know how to eat healthy but I'm struggling to hit my goals and just find that exact program that works for me. Matter of fact I haven't come close to hitting them and I've tried almost everything. I just can't seem to find an answer and now it's getting to the point that as much as I love Crossfit I'm starting for the first time to lose my drive and passion to train and it all stems from training my ass off for year's and not seeing the results that I long for and badly want. I can explain much more in detail about goals and my nutrition if needed but for now I just wanted to ask. Either way whether you can offer help or not I just want to say thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to at least respond. Good luck and god bless!

Hey Noah! So you are not doing whey protein post-workout? Only in your dessert shake? Could you explain why? Keep VLOGing babayyyyy!
@lucasgilliam76406 жыл бұрын
Obviously this is a fair amount of calorie intake. I know it's all about balance and you're burning off tons throughout your day. During your 2 workouts a day how many calories would you guess that you're burning through? With my full time job I'm typically only able to get one hard workout a day in. I feel that eating like this would lead to weight gain for me, but would be curious to maybe try some of this, just scaled down. Less workout time so maybe less portions/not so many shakes?

Nice Video Noah!! This is the first time I watch you doing sth diff from a WOD jaajaja :) Sure I got some Q's. In relation to your daily Macros and Calories, Are those the same for each day? What's the main difference on the total intake between Active and Rest days? Have you ever tried getting more Protein in stead of that huge amount of Carbos to get the Macros of the day? if so, why are you getting more Carbos instead? :) I'll be waiting for the answers dude!! Kind regards from the south of Chile *-*

Hey Noah! How do you decide on your macros for the day? What factors into it? I have heard 3/1 carb to protein ratio if you are trying to gain weight, or 2/1 if you are trying to maintain. Also, is there a reason you only take carbs directly after a workout and not protein powder? Thanks!!
