Everything you do is just so professional but you do it with the simplest tools!! I would of never thought about the ratchet wrench frame mover thing? I also like to see people use a respirator when painting inside!! Great vids too!!

Should paint the fork tube lowers and put gaiters on the uppers to make them match and help protect fork seals from the dirt

It already looked awesome before, was hard to imagine it could look even better! You're a natural man! Have been watching since the earlier videos... must be my favorite DIY project on KZbin. Honestly one of the best looking crosskarts I've seen. Currently making a tiny crosskart for the kids and even that's a lot of work (about the same size as the Blue Frog but simpler/not 4WD). Suspension and front engine add sooo much complexity though, taking a lot of work! Would LOVE a video of your homemade metal lathe and some of the tools you've made.

Buddy you really should have used water based paint with no ventilation like that. Great job i cant believe you didn't get black overspray all over the yellow parts. Honestly though, solvent based paint getting in your eyes like that WILL give you cataracts eventually. Just lookin out bro, fantastic job, fantastic build, and youre incredibly resourceful. Respect.

It looks fantastic ! I hope you used automotive grade paint or it will scratch and it runs when gas and solvents get on it. If you did a good clear coating will make shine and protect the finish coat. If not clear coat won't work either.
