These are fantastic. made them for a dinner meal. Made one with top and bottom with egg, great taste. Tried ghee clarified on the griddle, gave it super taste. Made extra to take in the morning to another event for my breakfast. I used thick slice sour dough bread. GREAT RECIPE.

Egg in the hole is a great idea for a BLT. Love that you are using Duke's mayonnaise. I still can't believe it's not sold in every supermarket in the country.

I say the same thing to my daughter. Follow the recipe…then make it to your liking, do adjustments, write it down on paper and make annotations it your cookbooks to your liking. The more you do, the better you get at it. Have fun. Explore. 👍👍👍👍

im soo doing this one on the weekend. also.. its neat to see the exact model of griddle i own being used. Just got it hooked up and seasoned a couple weeks ago did some chicken tacos and some bacon and stuff but now im ready to start trying stuff out

Man those look like absolute bangers. Me an a buddy use to make what we called egg in baskets which is the same thing minus the BLT part. But that looks amazing as usual. I definitely like avocado on my BLT.

I used to get in trouble as a kid because I would cook the whole pound on bacon for a single sandwich. Now that I’m older my daily limit is two slices or my gut hates me all day. That garlic aioli looks good. We’ll have to try it.

classic BLT is just bacon, lettuce, tomato on toasted white bread definitely requires mayonnaise, not aoli... the only improvement on this is something I call beltch... bacon, egg lettuce, tomato cheese on toast with classic mayonnaise... You're not improving on it
