Though tbh the fact that after half of season they started to just force in these other romances,which took up half of the episode and weren't as engaging,simply because there was nothing to pull us into these romances imo was really lame and I had to skip half of each episode. Also Hori's masochistic tendencies were really weird and came outta nowhere.

Rewatching this, I just realise the significance of him taking off his glasses, as he falls in love with Hori and transforms into the refreshed person we see once he cuts his hair and loses the glasses.

Do any of you think about when Sōta-kun will be all grown up a few years later and realized he played a part and directly witnessed the live love story of his big sis, who by the time he realizes this will probably have her boyfriend and her in an established lovely situation with him being part of the family and them already looking for a flat somewhere nearby- It'd be like he'd always been there, and his sister always came with a two in one package but then he realizes he witnessed it all first hand at some point in his life without even knowing what he was looking at.

This is my favorite slice of life anime of them all, every now and then I watch it again and it never feels old. Also, Miyamura's running scene to the market, before he jumps the fence reminds me of those "Clark-Kent-turns-Superman" scenes from the movies and animations.
