Not really. Barely any time has gone by. He arrived, he had the test, he had his first day and taught students and presumably the next or up to the next week they already had that tournament. It's more like he'll have solved the worlds problems, created a harem, have lot's of children etc in mere weeks of actually time that has passed in the anime 😂

I mean that's part of being a sword fighter, you think of your sword too much as a shield but it's not, if it gets hit from a bad angle it breaks very easily, it's up to you to protect your weapon so your weapon can protect you

Let's say the other sword fighter was an actual literal castle. If your sword just cuts through the castle walls that's just unrealistically sharp and durable and leaves no realistic way of actually defending yourself. The other person also can't really argue that he is skillful as the sharpness did the actual work.

@@einfachnurleo7099 I understood your point but you're still in the wrong, no matter how sharp your sword is if the other fighter provides enough skill he'll still win, she dodged his attack and cut the sword when it was weak, that's how she won, if you need another example of the skill issue here remember that the examiner didn't pay proper attention or couldn't keep up with her movements which you can see when he's suprised that his sword is cut in half so pretty much everything points to the fact that she was the better fighter even with the "advantage" of having the better sword

It's a thing that comes from web novels. A lot of the time, as I understand it, the authors will basically use a brief synopsis of the story because it's a pretty cut throat world and a simple title would potentially just get overlooked.

It really took me only 4 hours to finish watching all the 7 episodes of this anime series. I sure hope that they next ones will the released soon enough and that we'll even get to face a season 2. The animation has seriously a lot of work put into it, details, the casting spell symbols. Must be hard to animate them and drawing different ones but also remembering them. The plots/storyline are/is awesome! Dearly wish to see more of this, I'll support this anime within all my ability .

Ngl... I love a power fantasy as much as the next guy... But within less than 20 minutes of the first episode, he's defeated the entire demon army, reincarnated, slain a 'catastrophy class' demon, shown powers (in both enchantment and combat) everyone else believed lost/impossible, become a trainee of the very teachers at the school he's teaching in, immediately taught them flawlessly to where even the weakest members of the class are having no trouble by the looks of it... And then uncovered and stopped a sinister plot and slain a demon, which again, was believed to be impossible single handedly... And which at the very start of the next episode, has the nations king himself asking for advice from him... And he's 12... There's a power fantasy, then there's this... Not even sure what the hell is left on the list to check off for the rest of the season...

One issue I have with these protagonist is that they often throw around world changing tech and abilities without any consequences and act like it's normal.... "It's just standard" why is it that the authors can't have MC's understand what is common sense. Like, if they come from a more advanced world, why can't they get that??? I kinda just don't like it... If they are smart enough to understand basic value and don't spread around the info carelessly, fine... But if they are dumb, show the consequences of the actions. Like, maybe the girl gets killed because she had such a priceless treasure... Or maybe the powerful magic gets in the wrong hands and kills innocents..
