Crushing Hammer

In this video I demonstrate the Ed Parker (1931 - 1990)
American Kenpo Karate version of crushing hammer.
Then I break it down and show 3 other variations.
One with a Jiujitsu Figure 4 Leg Lock,
One with Tiger Kicks and Strikes,
and One with a Jujitsu Arm Bar.
I also show another variation of Dropping Hammer.

I am rebuilding up my endurance. I was in a walker for awhile with my TBI, was in an explosion, and been overcoming much. But Karate has always been my life. And My balance is better, and my strength and endurance I am rebuilding up. My biking is going to help as well. Thank you for your concern. Hai.
