Jesus Christ! Everything Clarence clean&jerked up until (and including) 150 seemed as if he was moving fucking air! When he did 170 it finally seemed like he had to put in a tiny bit of effort... Seriously, I used to think the Calstrength people were impressive, but Clarence makes the lifts they barely make seem like nothing, just phenomenal!

This. Some oly lifters rack the bar in the shoulders with different wide from the one used in the jerk, and some of them even with the little fingers "free" (not wraping the bar). In the bounce they readjust the wrap and turn to a full grip.

how much (portion) of the deadlift would you say depends on back extensor strength? do you train back extensors and or abdominals on their own? how do you stay warm between lifts? and what is the average rest time between each weight increase in the individual lifts?
