Amazing. Ive been doing olympic lifts now for about 6 months. With prior 10 years of lifting experience. The main thing that amazes me the most about him, and what i really struggle with. Is how this man can catch the weight so low, ass on his ankles almost. Then proceed to just power through it that deep in the pocket. Good stuff as usual man, truely an inspiration.
